Everyone is welcome here, with or without a tent. Motorists, bikers or hitchhikers can stay overnight in the city centre paying a moderate price. The camping offers tasty meals, showers and sauna, to pass the night and then to set … forth. For the most active people, we offer facilities for tennis and streetball, roller blade and bicycle rental. It is a great opportunity to explore Kipsala’s remote corners, to view wooden buildings of Pardaugava or to enjoy the tourists’ paradise in the Old Town – hundreds of architectural monuments and pubs. The Riga city camping is located close by the Old Town where are numerous tourist, entertainment and commercial objects. In a couple of minutes walk from the camping, there is a swimming pool, supermarket and ATMs of several banks. Located in the centre of Riga, Kipsala offers a spectacular view to the Old Town. Kipsala is the buffer zone of the Riga historical centre included in the list of the World’s Cultural Heritage in 1997. It is of immeasurable value owing to its relief, landscape and wooden buildings (some of them are fishermen houses built in the beginning of the 19th century).
